Best Honeymoon Routes
10. Zakynthos
Honeymoon in the Greek islands often comes to mind Santorini or Mykonos. If you ask us, it is one of the most beautiful ones yet to be discovered!
There is no direct flight from Turkey to this beautiful Greek island yet, but you can fly via Athens.. Or you can spend 1-2 days in Athens first and go to Zakynthos that way.
The most famous place of Zakynthos, famous for its sunken ship ‘ >Navagio Beach‘. There are also many boat trips you can take from this lovely island.
On the way, a’ Blog stubbornly suggested Zakynthos or Rhodes instead of Mykonos or Santorini!
9. Philippines
If you think that spending time at the hotel on your honeymoon is not for you, but you need some experience and adventure, Honeymoon in the Philippines is definitely the right decision!
Philippines is an easy trip! not a destination, but the untouched nature you will encounter in return is incredible. You can spend time with nature by the beach in El Nido, swim with whale sharks in Cebu, spend a night in a tent on a deserted island in Coron.
November to April is the dry season in the Philippines.. When we went in December, the country was hit by a typhoon, so these things are never clear.. They call it the rainy season between June and October, but these “tropics” are not clear!
We think it’s worth giving the Philippines a chance!

8. Rhodes
If you want to go towards warm weather on your honeymoon, not only have a sea holiday, but also have beautiful streets, life on the streets in the evenings, good food and a feast for our stomach, Rhodes will meet all these conditions perfectly.
A romantic and fun-filled honeymoon is possible on an island where the friendliness of the people, the beauty of the old city center, the beaches, the white city of Lindos, taverns, and everything are quite beautiful.
<
You can explore the beaches during the day and have fun in a different tavern every evening.. Plus this island is just a ferry ride away. You don’t need to spend a lot of money on plane tickets to go on your honeymoon.
Rhodes is very lively from mid-May to October.. In the remaining months, it will naturally be a little dim and much more suitable for honeymoons in the summer months.
Honeymoon in Rhodes if you decide to plan. Here we have a very detailed Rhodes Travel Guide.. Waiting to be browsed for those going to Rhodes.

7. Porto and Lisbon, Portugal
In Europe but not like Europe, not as far from America, but at least as fun! This is Portugal of course!
Portugal has a special place for us in Europe because people in this country have a lot of fun! Whether you’re enjoying the ocean, taking a tour of the city streets with Lisbon’s famous yellow tram, or listening to the buskers in the evenings, everything that is done in this country is very enjoyable. friendly.
If you decide to rent a car in Portugal, you can combine it with Spain and tour Spain – Portugal. For example, Lisbon – Porta and Northern Spain.
Although these routes are a bit summer, there is no rule that you can’t go in winter, Portugal is always a lively and fun country.. Honeymoon in Portugal full support from us!
6. Thailand – Krabi and Phuket
Thailand was our first remote route. We had never been to any Asian country before.. And in one word, we fell in love with its nature!
Of course, there are those around you who went to Phuket for their honeymoon.. We have to say that Phuket (and its much lesser known wingman Krabi) offers you much more than a honeymoon in a luxury hotel by the sea.
There are some amazing boat tours you can take from Phuket.. There are magnificent temples you can visit in Phuket, and many different Asian dishes you can taste.. So you can tell, this is a wonderful island if you enjoy it!
Krabi is a much more boutique beach area, right across from Phuket.. Much calmer and peaceful than Phuket. Phuket is full of madness!
As it is very easy to get from Phuket to Krabi, you can plan your honeymoon to include both. Then come the boat tours, the crazy nightlife of Phuket! If you’re looking for romance, it’s there! If you have time, you should not forget the Phi Phi Islands, you can even go to Bangkok.
Prices in Thailand are not as affordable as they used to be, but they are still cheap compared to Europe.. And if you find a suitable flight ticket, it’s all right, you don’t need a visa anyway!
Here is the link of our travel article about Krabi and Phuket.

5. Montenegro (Visa-Free Honeymoon Route)
If you want to be both Europe and not have to worry about getting a visa, we can recommend one of our favorite countries, Montenegro! being compared. If you ask us, it is a much more special country than Croatia.
One side is the Adriatic for those who want to enjoy the sea on their honeymoon, one side is the Middle Ages for those who are looking for an old town, and a fun for those who are looking for fun! I think these are the words that fit Montenegro the most.
There is not much swimming in Kotor, but if you say Budva, it’s a beach paradise! If you want to enjoy the Adriatic beaches, you can choose a nice hotel in Budva and easily make day trips to Kotor.. If you are a romantic, you can stay in the small Montenegrin town of Perast and enjoy the magnificent beach and serenity of Perast.. Evenings in Perast must be very romantic!
Honeymoon to Montenegro is obviously always the go-to, but of course if you want to swim in the sea and enjoy the diverse beaches of Budva, the right time is
Mid-May – Mid-October is the best time. We went at the end of May and the sea season had already started.. Even though the sea season has opened, the tourist crowd has not yet taken its place! It seemed to us that the month of May was the best timing for Kotor and Budva.. If you are considering these regions for your honeymoon, full support from us!
Unlike Budva, there is not much swimming in Kotor, but the main thing about Kotor is its magnificent streets and street life.. Therefore, even if you are staying in Budva, you should definitely visit Kotor for a day trip at least.
If you have come across this article, you probably already know it, but let’s write, Montenegro does not require visas from Turks! You can enter by waving your arm.

4. Andalusia – Spain
Spain often comes to mind with touristic regions such as Barcelona, Ibiza, Mallorca. However, Spain is much more than that.. In fact, if you’re dreaming of a seaside honeymoon, Spain can offer you the best, if you go South far enough!
Andalusia, the region of southern Spain that includes Malaga, Seville, Granada and Cordoba.
You can fly to any of these cities, rent a car and tour the whole of Andalusia in a week. You can join the Flamenco dance night in Seville, drink your Sangria by the beach in Malaga, visit the Al Hambra Palace in Granada, and enjoy the sea and the sun on the beaches of Cadiz in your last days! Thus, the most colorful honeymoon will be your honeymoon!
3. Tanzania, Zanzibar
We didn’t include Seychelles, Mauritus, and Maldives on our ‘Top 10 Honeymoon Routes‘ list because you’ve probably come across it many times already.. Zanzibar.
You can enjoy a honeymoon in Zanzibar, or you can find yourself in an ‘African city’ in the old town of the island, known as Stone Town. You can feel it.
Prices in Zanzibar are still very affordable compared to Maldives and Seychelles, and airlines offer very affordable flights.
Who wouldn’t want to be there now?
2nd Cuba
Honeymoon in Cuba we don’t know how it sounds to you, but it sounded pretty good to us at the time! Yes, our honeymoon was in Cuba!
Cuba is a very different experience.. Its streets are always full of people, colorful! If you look for turquoise waters and palm trees, they are also there…
This is a country where internet is not available everywhere yet, where you can chat with people on the road, participate in street dances in the evenings and drink the best cocktails.
Cuba’ You can also stay in nice hotels and have a ‘honeymoon’ if you want.. Or you can have a room in the house of local people called ‘casa’ like us and have a different experience.
Yes, Cuba will not give you the comfort of a Maldives holiday, and if you go in certain months, the humidity may bother you, and it is not cheap either.

1.Bali
If you want to return with wonderful photos and memories you will never forget from your honeymoon, and if you are looking for the most romantic route in the world, this is Bali for us!
We know, everyone really recommends Bali.. You will always come across Bali in other honeymoon articles you will read online, because it is really beautiful and very special.
There is everything and everything in Bali! Once a wonderfully romantic island. You are at the other end of the world, you can walk around the tea fields or climb the volcanoes (it’s a very romantic activity for us, please don’t question) , you can either take a surf lesson, do trekking, or relax in the infinity pool of a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the forests.. This is a beautiful island.. We chose Bali as ‘The best overseas honeymoon route‘ because it is number one in our hearts!
The dry season is between May and October in Bali.. Although we went in March, we got caught in the rain only 2 times.. In our opinion, if you have a honeymoon plan in Bali, the seasons should not deter you.
As for the cost in Bali; It is possible to vacation in Bali very cheaply, even to go to extremes! It all depends on you and what kind of honeymoon you want.
And if you’re dreaming of deep blue beaches and palm trees on your honeymoon, Bali’s beaches aren’t exactly like this, but I’m sure it will impress you in more ways!
We have Bali Travel Guide. We wrote so much. We are sure that it will also come in handy when planning your honeymoon in Bali.
