I am only a few days away from my country where I have been away for 680 days. I am currently at Azim’s house, where I am couchsurfing, in the small village of Choobar on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. Tomorrow I will go to Tabriz and join a two-day couchsurfing excursion organization. On Saturday, I will cross the Gürbulak border gate via Urmiye to Yüksekova, and from there to Van, where I lived for 1 year in 1996-1997. On Sunday (June 17), I will fly from Van to Izmir.
I will be couchsurfing on my first night in the country. It was very pleasing for me to receive a positive response to my couchsurfing request, which I sent for the first time within the borders of the country. After the enjoyable CS experience in Iran, it will be a new experience to experience it for the first time in Turkey.
Menemen, tea – Bazaar, Tehran
As I mentioned in the title, Turkey will be a new route. This will not be a turnaround, it will just be a break for a while. I plan to stay in Turkey until September, publish articles on Cambodia, Northern Thailand, Malaysia and Iran that I haven’t written yet, and implement some projects in my mind. During this time, I will be around Izmir, Bodrum, Antalya and Istanbul.
Then?
I think Nepal and India… or who knows what part of the world!
Soon See you guys.
