Before we went to Karaburun, we thought that we could find a camping area as we wanted here.. However, when we researched Karaburun campsites, we realized that it was not at all what we thought.. In fact, there are coves and free campsites that are very suitable for camping, but since we had not been there before, we did not know if we would have any problems camping here; camping may be prohibited, the gendarme may come and say, pack up and go, it may be very windy; These are the most common possible problems.
When we couldn’t decide, we thought we wouldn’t have any problems on our next visit, and first we found a place in the administration.. Then, during our holiday, we toured all of the camping places in Karaburun, from tent camps to caravan camps, from private businesses to untouched coves.. Well, we wouldn’t have been able to tell you everything we learned about Karaburun campgrounds while we were wandering around this much.. In the meantime, we have talked about it in more detail below, but we can still say that our worries are unnecessary.. Although camping is prohibited in some bays, no one comes and intervenes.
1- Şirinbaba Camping
Among the paid campsites in Karaburun, the closest place to the center is, Sirinbaba Camping. Do not expect a place within walking distance, it is right next to Dolungaz Bay.. It serves as both a tent camp and a caravan camp, but you cannot enter the tent area by car, so it is a little difficult to carry your belongings.
Şirinbaba Camping price is 75 TL per person. There is a common refrigerator in the facility, only alcohol is prohibited, so if you want to drink, they say take it from the cafeteria.. There is also a restaurant section, but the prices are expensive and the food is mediocre. Although there is electricity, you can only use it in the common area, you have no chance to pull it to your tent.. The condition of the showers and toilets is not bad, but it is not right to expect too much in the camping area.. Also, don’t come by relying on the fact that there is no phone pickup and there is wifi in the establishment, because it is not shared with customers.. Although it is beautiful, it is a little small and does not taste very good because it is crowded during peak periods.
2- Pingala Glamping
Caravan camp in Karaburun is one of the places you come across. is headed by Pingala Glamping. However, this is not a camping area where you can go and stay with your own caravan or tent.. In fact, it would be more accurate to call it a caravan hotel, because you stay in the caravans of the establishment.
The caravans contain almost everything you can find in a hotel room, from a mini-fridge to an air conditioner; You even have a private shower and toilet. It is a great advantage that it is a place in very regular greenery and 150-200 meters from the sea.. Caravans can accommodate 3 people but can get a little cramped plus 1 more child. Pingala Glamping caravan prices; Breakfast included 750 TL for 2 people, 1000 TL for 3 people.
Pingala Glamping is a place that can be preferred by those who are curious and want to experience caravan life.. By the way, after staying here for 2-3 nights, don’t try to get gas and buy a caravan ✋ because it may not be so comfortable because you will deal with everything in your own trailer..
3- Morperest Glamping
Morperest Glamping, located in the center of Mordogan, is not a camping area as its name suggests.. It’s actually similar to Pingala Glamping but here you stay in tents instead of caravans.. Don’t come with the thought of just wondering about camping life and let’s experience staying in a tent.. If you ask why, tents are really luxurious, there is everything from barbecue to swing in your private garden.. We don’t even talk about things like shower, toilet and hot water.
Morperest Glamping prices vary between 400 and 550 TL.. The price we have stated is for 2 people and breakfast included.. It’s a high price no matter how luxurious it is if you ask us, after all, you’re staying in a tent.. Simply put, it should not be forgotten that it will be hot during the day and cool at night.
4- Capo Glamping
Glamping again, isn’t there a camping area in Karaburun where we can stay with our own tent? We seem to hear you say. Don’t worry, Capo Glamping has luxury tents you can rent, but there are also areas where you can pitch your own tent.. It is located between Karaburun and Mordoğan and is within walking distance of Boyabağı Bay.
Capo Glamping prices can be said to be average, per person in your own tent, including breakfast, is 80 TL.. There is a cafe and a bar, the food is also very tasty. However, it was a little interesting that it was still forbidden to bring food and drink from outside.
5- Hamzabükü
Hamzabükü was our favorite place among Karaburun free camping areas.. Because the sea is really beautiful, a little stony, but it has a clean water.. Although it is far from the center and the road is difficult, it is definitely worth your visit.. When you come to the cove, you are greeted by a sign that it is forbidden to set up tents, it is also forbidden to light a fire, but don’t worry, no one has said anything.. Of course, if you exaggerate the event and disturb the people in the houses near the beach, they may remind you of these prohibitions.. For the caravan, you can find parking spaces very close to the beach, but normally it is forbidden to enter the beach.. There are container toilets on the beach, and the fact that there is a fountain where you can get clean water is a great advantage.
There is no facility or even a grocery store in Hamzabuku bay; There is a buffet where you can only find small things like pancakes and toast.. The nearest grocery store takes at least 20 minutes, not a way to go for every need. For this reason, you need to bring everything with you to have a hassle-free camp.. Don’t forget to inform your relatives before you come, as they don’t pick up the phone.
6- Kumbuku
Kumbuku, which is very close to Hamzabuku, is not as beautiful as Hamzabuku considering the beach and facilities.. If you ask us, the biggest disadvantage is the lack of a fresh water source.. In this way, it is a camping area where you can come to escape from the crowds during the busy season.
7- Gonsuz Bay
If you are looking for a free and quiet camping area, it is a place you can easily choose.. However, we should especially mention that Gonsuz Bay has as much praise as it is praised.. However, these comments are usually about the vehicle people use.. Those who have six high vehicles are happy because the road is a little bad, even those who come with a 4×4 say that the road stays bad so that not everyone can come and this place does not deteriorate.. Those who come with a passenger car complain a little, but if you ask us, if the bottom of your car is not too low, you will not have much trouble.. Of course, if you love your car very much, we can’t say anything about it.
There is no business or service in Gönsüz Bay, it is a completely natural camping area.. There is no place to shop nearby, no fresh water supply, no electricity, no telephone reception; In short, you need to bring all your needs with you.. Even if you plan to start a fire, we say bring your wood, it’s hard to find around.. If you ask us, the biggest problem is that there is no water, it is not a problem for caravans, but if you are going to set up a tent, the water you can bring with you will be limited and it is not possible without water in summer. don’t be fooled by this. Because the wind can come out suddenly and it can be a problem for the tent, it is useful to take this into account and set up a tent in a more sheltered place.
8- Maki Boyabağı
Bungalows are suitable for tent and caravan camping. Maki Boyabagi with its fields is beautiful but needs some improvement.. However, we believe that it is operated in good faith and will be fixed soon.. The road is a bit bad and the campground is very dusty, if this is fixed, the biggest problem will be gone. The platforms created for the tents are beautiful, at the same time electricity is drawn next to all of them.
Because it also serves daily customers as a beach, a good quality has been achieved especially in the restaurant and the food is very delicious.. There is no kitchen where you can cook your own food anyway, there is only a common fridge.
Maki Boyabağı campsite price is 150 TL per tent, this price could have been kept a little more affordable, at least until the problems are fixed.. For example, if it was 100 TL, this would be the first place we would recommend among the paid campsites in Karaburun.
9- Badembükü Campground
Although there is a fee, the free camping areas in Karaburun are much more expensive than here. we can say that it is regular. As a matter of fact, Badembükü campground is exactly a parking lot with ground floors.. The business that rents the bay and makes a cafe here has set up a few tents for show in a part of the parking lot and claims that this is a camping area.. It is a completely open place with no shade, and as the cars pass, the place where the tents are becomes dust and smoke.
Badembükü campsite price is 150 TL per night, the service you will get for this price is shower and toilet.. Instead, you can walk through the village to the beach and camp in Badembükü for free.
10- Morkoyun Bungalow Camp
A place that seems close to the center of Mordoğan but where you can’t find a place to shop or eat nearby. business. Yes, we don’t specifically say camping area because this is a place that we can call more Bungalow hotel.. They buy tents and caravans in suitable places, but frankly, they don’t care much about the campers we see.
Morkoyun Bungalow There is no nice beach to swim near the camp, it has a small pool.. It’s nice to be under the trees, you can find plenty of shade. It also has a quiet and calm environment.
11- Ardıç Camping
Lastly, we wanted to add this place as a warning.. When you look at Google maps, it appears in Mordoğan, but there is no such place as Ardıç Camping. It is a place like a public beach, but camping is prohibited.
