We had our dinner in Selimiye, walking on the beach. We want to crown our night with a beautiful ending by asking each other to have dessert all the time.. And just at this moment, the address we are looking for appears “Paprika“. First, we read the menu from the outside, and we see that it is different from the menus we know (as dessert varieties). Poppy dessert, goat horn custard, orange custard and strawberry custard, tiramisu etc.. But all the tables are full, we’re starting to wait. But are we alone? Of course not. There is an incredible interest in Paprika. Among all those people, we are a traveler couple, we are not in a position to put a torpedo by saying internet, photography or something.. After waiting for a while, we give up hope and return to our hotel.. The next day, our enthusiasm remained in our crops, this time we are sworn. There’s no going back without having dessert at Paprika.. As soon as we finished our dinner, we got into the right queue
We noticed an empty table ahead, and just when we were trying to intervene, they grabbed it before us.. But when the employees, seeing our disappointment, said that we have been waiting since yesterday, they took us to the terrace above.. They say their most famous dessert is poppy dessert. But we are the guarantee. We go online and look at the comments, and when we read the comments about the poppy dessert, we place our order.. And besides, rose water made from Isparta rose, with lots of ice and handmade When it comes to services, we see what Paprika quality means.. We’ve talked to each other every time we eat dessert for years.. Why is the cook’s hand afraid when putting ice cream next to the desserts?. But Aylin Usta? Of course not. Two huge scoops of ice cream attached to the dessert.. Dessert is not like 2 forks, we wouldn’t eat if we knew.. Portions are huge. We enjoy our dessert and drink our rose water.. We pay 28 TL for two servings of poppy dessert, 2 scoops of ice cream and 1 large glass of rose water, and then we meet the Paprika family, who created these incredible flavors.. Paprika, which was brought to life by the ingenious hands of Aylin Bursalı and added a beautiful atmosphere to Selimiye village with her family, was the sweetest memory of our holiday
