Buddha Park, located 25 kilometers southeast of Vientiane, the capital of Laos, is one of the city’s most popular attractions. The park consists of giant sculptures filled with ornate, aesthetic as well as strange and interesting figures of people, animals, gods and demons. The park, which the Buddhist monk built only in 1958, is made of concrete as you know it. Depictions of Shiva, Vishnu and Arjuna and Buddha adorn the park.
