TRANSPORTATION TO KYRENIA: HOW TO GET TO KYRENIA?

By Airplane: There is only 1 airport in Northern Cyprus; Ercan Airport in Nicosia (Nicosia). So, to go to Kyrenia, you first have to land in Nicosia.. There are other direct flights from Istanbul. Or there are direct flights from another province of Turkey.. Thus, you will see two countries and at least two cities… Announced to economic travelers

To reach Kyrenia City Center, which is 37 km from Ercan Airport;

• Airport shuttle: You can use the shuttle to go to Ercan Airport-Kyrenia city centre, named KIBHAS.

Since Kyrenia is a small city, walking around the city can be considered the best way of transportation.. Besides, it can be a bit difficult to go anywhere by bus.. Because there are no signs at the bus stops showing when the bus is going or coming, it’s a real adventure for tourists! It is very easy to reach by taxi, minibus and minibus.
