It’s like there is almost no quiet sea left in the Aegean.. Bodrum comes to mind when the Aegean is mentioned. When we say Bodrum, we always think of its castle, center, Gumbet, Gumusluk etc.. When I said I’m going to Akyaka, a friend of mine said why don’t you go from the coastline and what a good thing.. He also recommended a few places.
Don’t forget to follow me on my instagram account. I tell a lot in stories and highlights

Çökertme
When I try to go from Bodrum to Akyaka, the navigation persistently gives the Milas road. I persistently take the coastal road. I reach the sea by passing through beautiful villages and winding roads with pine forests.. Internet not very good on the road. I spent the weekend with my friend in Bodrum, imprisoning myself at home.. I couldn’t stand the crowd. There is no one here. When you leave Bodrum, you can take the Mumcular road from Güvercinlik and take the road I mentioned.
Exhausted by the hot weather, I decide to take a swimming break. There are very few people on the vast beach, despite the day before. I see sun loungers on the left. There are people. “Where is here?” I ask. They say “Çökertme Bay”. Çökertme in these folk songs. “How beautiful and calm” I say. They want to keep that calm. I think twice when I’m typing and posting a location lately. Please don’t go with your guns and garbage.
They allow me to use the sun loungers on the site.. The lady Kevser I talked to talks about that she can host me.. What beautiful people the road brings to you. Now that I’m on my way back little by little, I’m saving my dreams of staying here, camping for another time.. Really good for camping. There are also small trees. There is also a restaurant on the other side of the road.. Its sea is small pebbly, clear, as I like it, from seas that soon deepen.. After having good conversations and cooling down a bit, I set out.
Turnalı Boncuk Camping
My target is Turnalı Boncuk Camping. I pass by the seaside, winding and winding through the coves with beautiful views.. Akbuk is one of them.. It’s really famous. The view from above looks great, but when I see the crowd of the facility, I give up on going down to the cove.
Finally, I find Turnalı Boncuk Camping and the famous Serpil sister.. I’m starving too. I eat my pancake and drink my tea for 16 liras. Serpil sister has just come out of the sea. He didn’t take a photo because his hair was messy.. I thought it was very beautiful. This is a camp area by the sea, with WC and shower.. They charge 50 lira per tent.. The number of people does not matter. The environment is nice, but I don’t like the facility.. I feel more free in pristine places.
Derelict Bays
I see small dirt roads on the sea side as I head towards Akyaka. Don’t be afraid to take these roads. Many, if not all, go to very beautiful places.. When I turn into one, I see little coves side by side. A few families are also there.. If I had a trailer I would definitely like to spend a day here. There are also young people camping in one of these bays.. sea is perfect. I can’t get enough of diving and swimming. Since my main purpose is to canoe in Akyaka, I say goodbye to the sea and set off.
The place where I last went to the sea is already very close to Akyaka.. If you are looking for quieter, more peaceful places to camp and have a beautiful sea, turn to the coastline between Bodrum and Akyaka.. Many coves are waiting for you with all their calmness.
There are coves with facilities on this road.. And the lonely ones like I love. There are also waffles set in wonderful views along the way.. There is a unique view on this road. One cannot move forward from getting out of the car every step of the way and taking pictures and looking at the scenery.
