Toronto has a population of 2,503,820. We arrive at Toronto station with a nice 3.5-4 hour journey by train from Montreal.. The station building, a very beautiful building with many columns. We get on the buses waiting for us and start exploring Toronto.
First of all, St.. Lawrence we’re going to the market. This is the fruit and vegetable market spread over a wide area.. A wide variety of seafood is sold in the market located in a historical building.. Huge crab legs, assorted salmon fillets, salmon skewers, fish balls, tuna, etc.
Toronto is also a very important arts center. Many plays and musicals are staged. We see the parliament building in the main square and continue our tour.. Then we wander around the 98-room Casanova Mansion.. From here we come to Chinatown. Asian population is quite high in Toronto. There are predominantly Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Cambodian and Japanese.
Then we visit the Rocers Centre, which is a convertible complex.. Baseball and American football are played in Rogers centre. The World’s 4th. The CN Tower, with its high tower, is located very close to the Rocer Centre.. height 553 meters. As we enter this tower, one by one, we enter a glassed section as if we were entering the space center.. There are light footprints on the ground. You step on it and wait a while. Then the glass door opens and you go inside.. We take a fast elevator with glass all over. There is also a small glass partition at the bottom.. It was very pleasant to watch this small glass floor and the environment from the completely glass areas on the side.. The fact that the elevator was very fast also increased our adrenaline level.
In this way, we go up to a height of 342 meters.. Panoramic section is on this floor. We are watching the view of the city. Everywhere is full of skyscrapers. In a part of this floor, they made the floor of an area of 40 square meters entirely from glass.. Walking on this floor feels like you’re all in the air. It was quite different to see people, houses, cars under our feet when you looked down.. It was also a different experience for us to look through the glass pane on the floor while descending rapidly in the elevator.
Toronto museum is a very large and impressive museum.. There is a section on various natural stones, totems and the life of the red-skinned people.. Dinosaur skeletons and giant tortoise skeletons can also be seen in this museum.
