Kravica Falls on the Trebizat River, is definitely worth a visit. There is a cafe and restaurant right at the foot of this waterfall.. The water falling from a height of 20-30 meters and 5-6 different places gives a very beautiful view.
Waterfalls form a natural pool where they spill.. It is one of the most important places that Bosnia and Herzegovina people come to have a picnic and have a good time.
We came to a small village half an hour after leaving Kravica waterfall.. This village is very interesting.. Sari Saltuk , one of the saints of Khorasan, had 8 coffins prepared when he died.. They buried these coffins in different countries.. Yellow Saltuk was in one of these 8 coffins.. 2 coffins were buried in Russia, 2 coffins in Romania, 1 in this village.. It is not clear exactly where the other 2 coffins were buried.. Allegedly, the coffin with the original body was brought to this village and buried, and this place was built as a tomb.
This place has been a Bektashi lodge since the 15th century, but now Naqshbandi is taking care of it.. An Ottoman house and a museum were built here.
Our bus parked in the village.. We walked 600-700 meters. Everywhere in the village is full of pomegranate trees.. There is also an exuberant river running through the village.. There is an old water mill by the river.. There is a small trout farm at another place by the river.
At the foot of the bridge over the river, on the opposite bank, there is an open-sided restaurant with a capacity of 300-400 people.. We sat in this restaurant and ate trout here.. Opposite the place where we are sitting consists of very high cliffs.. The origin of the river is the bottom of a cliff.. There is a cave-like space, there is a very high flow of water.. In other words, if an adult tries to cross the water in this water, he cannot cross and gets caught in the current.
After dinner, we crossed the bridge and walked to the bottom of the rock.. At the very bottom of the rock is the 2-storey wooden Sari Saltuk’s tomb of 60-70 square meters. The house here is made of wood. You can go down to the place where the water comes out from the bottom of the rock with a ladder right in front of it.. But the rock doesn’t show how far the cavern goes back. It’s pretty dark inside. From time to time, bats and some different birds fly in and out of this hole.
In this mausoleum, Fatih Sultan Mehmet’s picture, which hangs on the walls, is framed in Ottoman and translated into Turkish, and is exhibited. It contains an edict dated May 1463.. Many articles have been written in the edict, but the main one is; “Non-Muslims can pray in churches as much as they want.. Churches and non-Muslims will not be harmed in any way” And the articles are generally about tolerance towards minorities.
